Stress in itself is just energy, when managed it can make us even more productive. However there can be many causes of negative work related stress - Lack of job security, workload, people issues , bullying at work and juggling work and personal lives.  It is important to look out for  signs of  negative stress  and offer support to your employees  to minimise disengagement, loss of productivity, possible legal action and days lost to sickness.

Employers and employees use mediation as a voluntary and confidential way to settle disputes. By bringing in an independent and impartial person into the mix, a resolution can be reached more effectively that will meet the needs of everyone involved. Mediation in the workplace is an effective way to repair and maintain employee and employer relationships, focusing on moving forward and clearing the past. As an employer you may already have a mediation stage built in to your grievance procedure. As trained coaches and mediators, we can be there for you to help you reach a resolution that will benefit everyone.
